RN and Supervision

Our Registered Nurses at Civil Healthcare Services will provide the critical health supervision that many patients or clients require. A nurse’s care and supervision will prove to be especially important for patients who are:

• Medically Fragile
• Recently Discharged from the Hospital
• Diagnosed with Chronic Illness
• Undergoing Therapy or Rehabilitative Treatment
• Following a Strict Medication Therapy Plan

Our nurses at Civil Healthcare Services will coordinate with the patient’s physician regularly. They take the necessary steps to preserve the patient’s health as well as prevent cases of health complications or re-hospitalizations.
